Local historian Jean- Paul Benowitz returns to highlight one of Mount Gretna’s more famous residents- Sarah Tyson Rorer. Sarah was an American food writer and pioneer in the field of domestic science. Rorer has been described as the first American dietitian.  All are welcome!
